End of Life Preparation Seminar Two-Part Series January 12 and 19, 2012 at 7:00 PM We all will face the end of our own life; often we need to deal with the end of life of those we love, as well. What choices can you make, and how can you best prepare for a satisfying “end of life” experience for yourself or another? This seminar will explore concerns in four major areas to help you make those choices and preparations: • The Physical - Medical or Health Care Choices - What kind of care and where will you receive it? • The Legal - Choices for dealing with financial and material possessions • The Spiritual - What will give you peace of mind in the end? How are your relationships? Why have a funeral of memorial service? What is “good grief”? • The Funeral - What to expect at the funeral home; How do you want to be remembered? Speakers will include:
- health care issues and end of life medical care options
Please come! It is appropriate for adults at any age. Sign up at church, or call the church office, to let us know that you plan to attend. This is open to the community, so please invite others who might be interested. No charge. Handicapped Accessible. Sharing the Good News of Christ's love - in word and deed.
